Gender Neutral Pricing
We believe great hairdressing has nothing to do with gender. Our pricing is based on the
service provided, the time
required and the level of expertise involved never whether you are a man or a woman.
Every client deserves the same attention to detail, technical precision and considered care.
One fair, transparent
pricing structure reflects our belief that quality hairdressing should be defined by the
work, not the person receiving
it.
Booking Policy
Please arrive on time so we can give your appointment the attention it deserves. If you are
running late, we will do our
best to accommodate you. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling,
depending on the time available.
Please note that late arrivals requiring rescheduling may be subject to our cancellation
policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at
least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a
charge of 50% of the booked
service price. Failure to attend, or cancellation on the day of your appointment, will incur
a charge of 100%.
